Internet Connection

If you are connected wirelessly to the internet, make sure your connection is strong enough. If you are connected via an ethernet cable, please make sure the cable is securely plugged into the correct location. Occasionally, you will lose internet connectivity. This may happen due to circumstances beyond our control.
