Phone has a blank screen


  • Ensure that the phone is not sleeping by looking at the circular button for a white light or pressing any button on the phone.

  • Verify that the phone cable (look for the three squares symbol) is not unplugged or loose.

  • Have your IT personnel use a different ethernet cable to see if the issue would be resolved.

  • If the issue is not resolved, you can log a ticket or call the helpdesk at 2210 or 2215.
