Unable to hear the other person


  • Restart the CISCO phone by unplugging the cable underneath the three squares symbol (Network).
  • If the first step does not work, Use the speaker button to verify that the issue has to do with the handset. You can also switch the handset of the phone with a working phone handset.
  • If the issue is not resolved, you can log a ticket or call the helpdesk at 2210 or 2215.
